Merry Christmas!!

Hi, this is Caroline again! Sorry we weren't here on Christmas, but we did have a good one! I stayed at home with my family in Hillrise, and that was always a good time. Nicki and Callie were out of town, so I invited my friends Allison and Caitlyn over on Christmas Eve and we had a grand old time hanging out in the fields behind Allison's Hillrise home, making/eating a gingerbread house, and taking a hike up Strawberry Hill (a hiking trail near Hillrise). Then we went to Caitlyn's and looked through her mom (who happens to be the original Hillrise Girl Julie Albright)'s collection of Hillrise photos, and Caitlyn taught me and Allison how to fish tail braid. Then we slept over at Caitlyn's, where we made a 'fort' under Caitlyn's loft bed and told scary stories. In the morning, we woke up and saw that Santa had not only brought gifts for Caitlyn and her family, but for us as well! Then me and Allison went back to my house and had a mini photoshoot by my Christmas tree. It was a fun and joyful day! Best of all, it was spent with Hillrise! But before I go, I would like you to meet my friend Allison Rogers!

If you want to know more about Allison, here's what I know about her: She is 15 years old and has lived in Hillrise since 2010. She originally lived in another neighborhood close to our school, but moved to Hillrise because her family needed a bigger house. She loves it to pieces now, just like me, Nicki and Callie. She loves dogs and has three of her own (plus a litter of puppies!) She also likes to dress in crop tops and skinny jeans, because she likes thinking it's summer. (i don't care for crop tops, honestly, but they look amazing on her!) She has two twin siblings, named Cassie and Matt. They are 8 years old. Her favorite thing to do is to bake-she is an amazing cook! She is shy when you first meet her, but once you get to know her she is a crazy, fun-loving person.

Merry Christmas and you will definitely see more of Allison as time goes on!
